Last night, I walked from AT&T to the ferry building. forcing my foot into activity. It was a little sore this morning.

I swim tonight with Rebecca. I hope I'm not too tired.

I swam this morning. Not very far but I got quite a bit in and got to work on time also. I think the lady that I usually race to get dressed by a lot. She was walking into the room as I was hitting the shower . She hadn't come back from her sauna by the time I was dressed. I still haven't learned her name. I have someone unknown to me as my accountability partner. We just briefly chat and then two minutes that it takes us to get dressed. I am way over my step goal for today. Mostly because it was a crazy day at work and I had to run up and down the stairs a few times. Not a bad thing. I decided to be healthier and couldn't decide what to have with the leftover macaroni and cheese and meat from last night. Homemade. Nonfat milk . Not the Day-Glo orange stuff. Anyway I want to make a deposit at the ATM and right next door to it was Trader Joe's. So I ended up getting some Brussels sprouts and some corn and some tortillas for later. Getting back at it, again

I enrolled in classes at the community college. Twice a week, I take body conditioning, a PE class. Twice a week is acrylic painting. Because of my recent foot surgery and the fact that I hadn't been able to exercise for many months, I have to modify many of the exercises in the body conditioning class. I have also had a cough for several weeks, and it's just now getting better. It was the worst when I lie down, since post nasal drip from allergies is the cause of it, according to the pulmonologist. We start out body conditioning class with a core workout on the mats. We start with planks. I can't put pressure on my toes yet, so they are modified. Front, right side, left side planks. Then Superman pose with arms in front and then arms at side. I'm great at this one, since it's essentially just lying on my belly with my head and feet off the ground. Then, we go on hands and knees with the left hand and right leg up, then reverse. This is fun to watch others do. It

Reset day again I'm doing well on my water challenge I'm catching up on my book challenge I escaped up to Windsor yesterday afternoon. I'll be headed home after lunch today. I'm spending the morning relaxing by the pool. When I get home tonight, I'll get my gym and work stuff together. I have an early work day tomorrow, so I'll try to be in bed early to leave home by 5:15. I need to get my distance in.
