Initial goals - accomplish by week 6

Week one is the baseline.  I'm not giving actual numbers for my weight and body fat.   I'll log those elsewhere.

Weight - 0/10 pounds lost
Swim - 0/12 Miles swam
Open water - 0/2 Miles swam (2 times)
Run/walk - 0/18 Miles run/walked
Steps - 0/420,000 steps (10k daily)
Water - 0/2700 (64 Oz daily, plus extra on day before swim.)
Book challenge - 0/10 books finished

I may add more, but it's a start. And I know some aren't fitness goals.   My run/walk goal is low, mostly because of my foot.
